Our INDUSTRY division offers customized solutions for the process and chemical industry, machinery and plant engineering, and energy management - Frenzelit provides perfectly matched materials and highly efficient system solutions.

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) for our INDUSTRY division.


Your responsibilities:


  • Managing national and international customers and sales partners
  • Creating and tracking offers and orders
  • Handling public tenders, including procurement of commercial goods
  • Preparing customer correspondence and translations
  • Monitoring creditworthiness and managing reminders in coordination with the finance department
  • Acting as a liaison between internal departments and supporting the sales team
  • Organizing events, customer support, and visit preparation

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training or business administration degree
  • Relevant work experience in a sales role
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, ideally SAP
  • Excellent English skills and ideally proficiency in another foreign language
  • Quick comprehension, organizational skills, and high level of initiative
  • Strong team player with reliability and flexibility
