- Conduct analyses, analyze new initiatives, evaluate partnership opportunities, and build robust analytical reporting for our business leaders to plan both for the long and short-term.
- Build and refine metrics to track and improve operational effectiveness and efficiency and contribute to the strategizing planning of our business.
- Conduct thorough assessments of incoming data through integrations, feeds, and APIs to ensure high data quality and relevance.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for new data integrations that can enhance analytical capabilities and support business objectives.
- Perform detailed analysis to detect inaccuracies, errors and anomalies in data to determine their root causes and suggest corrective actions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to specify data requirements and quality standards for existing and future integrations.
- Evaluate the operational effectiveness of our systems and teams, and suggest data-informed improvements.
- Use your technical and business expertise to advance our business, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to our mission of redefining real estate in the consumer's favor.
- Works a hybrid schedule in Atlanta, GA.
- 5+ years working in an analytical role in a business context is required. Experience in analytics of data feeds, integrations, APIs, and/or operations is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and visualization.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, demonstrating a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and practices.
- Experience using data visualization/BI software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is required. Specifically, Tableau experience is a plus.
- Ability to design analyses and experiments that produce actionable results fast
- Ability to navigate ambiguity well in projects
- Skill in data storytelling with the ability to explain complex insights clearly and effectively to a less technical audience
- Strong consultative and influencing skills to help leaders make decisions and move the business forward
- Possessing a curiosity that doesn't stop at the "What?" but hungers for the "Why?" and "What if?"
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
