Your Responsibilities:

As a nursing professional, you contribute to ensuring that patients receive optimal care.

Participation in process and goaloriented nursing/medical care for our patients
Nursing care for patients according to national nursing standards and concepts
Conducting and leading therapeutic group sessions
Implementation and management of individualized care plans
Participation and leadership in case conferences with the interdisciplinary team

You have knowledge of process and goaloriented nursing and medical care.

You enjoy working in an interprofessional team.
You have successfully completed a vocational training as a nursing care professional.
