Your tasks:


  • Inspection of building conditions
  • Monitoring of approved construction sites
  • Verification of hazardous areas
  • Processing of certificates of division

Your profile:


  • Master craftsman (construction industry) or statecertified technician in the field of civil engineering
  • Knowledge of public building law
  • High flexibility, commitment, and resilience, as well as customeroriented service understanding and teamwork
  • Initiative, sound judgment, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office standard software
  • Possession of an unrestricted driver's license for class 3 or EU standard B.
