Our client is looking for a Finance Manager to assist with their very busy and growing medical practice. The Finance Manager will play a key role within the company. This position requires someone who can think outside the box, detailed-oriented, multitasker, and the ability to be hands on.
Salary:
$100,000 to $150,000, full-time position with full benefits upon hire.
Responsibilities:
·
Knowledge of heavy equipment purchases (i.e. x-ray machines, pano, ceph, CBCT, medical furniture)
·
Meet with various vendors to go over functionality of machines and train staff on how to use various equipment.
·
Supervise maintenance of equipment and maintenance staff as needed.
·
Manage leases, architect drawings, compliance, x-ray machines, fire safety, etc.
·
Act as a liaison to various banks, review funding, and submit applications.
·
Work with the accounting
department/accounting
vendors as well as provide and analyze P&L Statement
·
In-Depth knowledge of Sage software- supervise entry accrued accounting systems, shift cash revenue to accrued revenue, etc.
·
Work with CPA on quarterly & yearly reports.
·
Manage workflow of new
acquisitions/offices - complete acquisition checklist, manage integration, etc.
·
Attend required meetings as needed.
·
Work with Human
Resources/Operations
Team on doctor new hires.
·
Communicate with IT Department.
Skills:
Financial/ accounting management experience required.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
Proficiency in Sage Software.
Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers).
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong team player.
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
