Currently, we are planning and constructing a variety of exciting projects, ranging from digital signal boxes, intermodal terminals, bridge renewals, and S-Bahn routes to large expansion and new construction routes. These projects will significantly accelerate long-distance connections in Germany and create new capacities to shift more traffic to rail in the future. At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a Project Manager Specialist: Financing (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at our location in Frankfurt (Main).
Your tasks:

In this role, you ensure financing, the creation of proof of fund usage, and the monitoring of fund usage checks

You independently coordinate and prepare applications for fund release and financing agreements, as well as their updates, with the Federal Railway Authority (EBA) - working closely with the responsible project teams and departments

You coordinate financing with the funding providers involved in the financing

Reviewing procurement and approval documents (decision proposals, release requests, F-documents, amendments) and cost planning are also part of your tasks

You create a portfolio monitoring, conduct regular variance analyses for current projects based on target/actual comparisons to identify plan deviations early on, and develop countermeasures together with the project teams

You also develop measures to optimize the use of DB's own funds
