    Position Overview:

    As the Director of Operations for Nation Security Services in Miami, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide top-tier security solutions. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee security operations throughout the state of Florida ensuring the safety and security of our clients, personnel, and assets while upholding the highest standards of service and professionalism.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance security operations throughout each region.

    Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing guidance.

    Collaborate closely with clients to assess their unique security requirements and tailor customized solutions.

    Foster strong partnerships with local law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and relevant stakeholders.

    Continuously assess security risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

    Supervise the implementation of security protocols and procedures, ensuring strict compliance.

    Deliver timely and precise reports to senior management on security operations, incidents, and emerging trends.

    Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements to continually elevate our services.

    Qualifications:

    An ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field (Master's degree is preferred).

    A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in private security, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

    Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and cultivate a high-performing team.

    Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction.

    Profound knowledge of security principles, protocols, and best practices.

    Proficiency in utilizing security-related technologies and software.

    Possession of relevant security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) is a valuable asset.

    Familiarity with the regulatory landscape and local laws governing security operations in Florida.
