- Name and save documents in Tri Star database
- Sort, scan and save mail
- Assist with formatting and printing of presentation materials
- Update and maintain client master logs and trackers as assigned
- Communicate with vendors (i.e. utility company)
- Update and maintain group contacts and Tri Star database contacts as assigned
- Update database client dashboard information to ensure accuracy
- Client transition task assistance
- Ad Hoc administrative projects as assigned
- Cover reception
- Strong organizational skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of relevant experience
- Must be able to reliably report to the Tri Star office Monday - Friday
