Your tasks will include:

As a Development Program Coordinator (m/f/d), you will be responsible for our learning and development offerings, such as the HORNBACH development programs for technical and disciplinary leaders in our home improvement stores in Germany.
Your main focus will be on conducting workshops and trainings in person and online.
You will continuously design and develop our learning and development offerings with an eye for new content and strategic impulses that participants need to fulfill their new roles.
You will also be responsible for planning and organizing our qualification offerings, as well as preparing and following up on trainings.
You will work closely with trainer colleagues, HR business partners, and operational leaders, and together with your colleagues, you will conduct trainings and workshops.
You will act as a sparring partner for our HR business partners and operational leaders regarding the development of our employees. As a trainer and consultant for participants in our learning and development offerings, you will support them with questions about their own development.
