    Description

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
    • Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN or COHN-S) is preferred
    • 3-5 years of experience in occupational health, emergency room, or intensive care nursing is preferred
    • Current CPR/AED certification is required
    • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Outlook, and Microsoft Excel is necessary
    • Phlebotomy skills are necessary
    • Working knowledge of regulatory areas such as ADA, OSHA, FMLA, Workers' Compensation, and STD/LTD is required
    • Case Management experience is preferred
    • Outstanding leadership skills required, with the ability to gain trust and influence at all levels
    • Strong interpersonal and people skills, including the ability to motivate, cooperate, and work effectively with others, and build partnerships with various departments
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
    • Up to 10% domestic travel may be required
