My professional experience has been a registered nurse, which has allowed me to show compassion for others and be their health care advocate. Also, thru nursing, I have master skills such as staying calm during stressful situations, communicating with other team members, keeping clients safe, and mentoring new co-workers. I have two grown child who are the joy of my life and one sweet kitty. My passions include cooking, running, travel, gardening and ice water immersions.
Experience
For the past 12 years, I have been a clinical/charge nurse at Tampa General hospital. I worked on a fast paced admission unit, where we admitted patients from the ER until their room was available. Also, I worked on a high risk Antepartum and Postpartum unit.
Education
I graduated fromGuilford High School in Rockford, Illinois. Then I attended University of Wisconsin- Madison, where I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
