Clerk in the field of project development & construction management (m/f/d)

This is what your dream job looks like with us:

  • You support the commercial and technical project management in day-to-day operations
  • This includes conducting projectrelated research and documentation, communicating with construction participants, customers, and departments, and assisting in the preparation of planner and construction contracts as well as amendments
  • Order processing, invoice verification and processing, as well as participation in cost tracking are also part of your tasks
  • In addition, you prepare payment releases, independently track them, and are responsible for obtaining payment releases after careful examination of contractual conditions and guarantees
