Compensation: EG 7 TVöD The University City of Gießen is hiring: School Caretaker for Lindbach School in Lützellinden and Kleebach School in Allendorf for the School Administration Office.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a regular weekly working time, including on-call time, of 45 hours and 30 minutes.

The responsibilities include caretaking duties at the aforementioned schools.

In special cases, the caretaker may be expected to cover duties at other schools in the University City of Gießen.

The main tasks include:

Caretaking of school buildings,
Comprehensive maintenance of various facilities in the school buildings (building control technology, security lighting system, electro-acoustic system, fire alarm control panel, ventilation systems, heating control, and others), as well as monitoring and supervision, including emergency management.
