D YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensuring the proper technical condition of the technical systems under your care
Independent inspections / maintenance / testing of building systems (e.g. heating / air conditioning / ventilation / plumbing)
Conducting control rounds and inspections
Digital documentation of completed tasks using mobile devices (e.g. maintenance logs)
Availability for on-call and emergency services

YOUR PROFILE:

Technical education, such as a degree in HKLS systems engineering / mechatronics refrigeration technology / central heating and ventilation construction / gas and water installation or equivalent qualification
Ideally with some professional experience, but also suitable for recent graduates or technicians looking for a new challenge
