Your Responsibilities


The Business IT department is looking for a dedicated and experienced leader for the position of Team Leader Linux & Applications Operation.

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing a team of four system administrators. This position requires not only leadership skills, but also active participation in operational activities and extensive Linux expertise.


Your tasks:

  • You will support the team in the development and further improvement of virtualization, Debian, Kubernetes, Docker, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Checkmk, with a strong focus on IT security and availability.
  • You will lead and be responsible for the 24x7 operation of central internal services such as LDAP, Single Sign-On, IAM, and the collaborative intranet solution.
  • You will work closely with the software development teams of the department to iteratively improve technical and organizational processes.
  • You will drive topics such as innovation, new technologies, security, usability, availability, quality, and value creation.
What we are looking for


You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification, possess leadership skills, and have already gained experience with agile frameworks.
