Adult Psychiatrist/Medical Director - $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
Behavioral Health Resources is recruiting for a full-timeAdult Psychiatrist/Medical Director. Most of your time would be allocated toclinical work, with time set aside each week for Medical Director duties,including meetings and supervision. We would love to have you join our team ofprofessionals. Our culture is inviting, and we provide good support to ourmedical team. BHR has locations in Olympia, Shelton, Elma and Hoquiam, and thisposition may require travel to these sites. The psychiatric provider work isperformed in a comprehensive community mental health setting providingpsychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of adults.
Salary range: $272,000 - $340,000 depending on experience andqualifications.
BHR offers an exceptional benefits package with 100% paidmedical, dental, vision, long term disability and basic life insurance, $20,000sign-on bonus, 5% contribution to a 403b retirement plan after one year ofemployment, 10 paid holidays plus 2 personal holidays per year, a generous paidtime off policy of 10 hours per month and 8 hours of sick leave per month,education funds, reimbursement of credentialing expenditures, and mileagereimbursement. BHR is a preapproved site for the WSAC Washington Health CorpsLoan Repayment program - applicants may be eligible for up to $75,000 in loanrepayment over the course of three years. In addition, BHR is an eligibleemployer for the Public Service Student Loan Forgiveness program.
