Responsibilities:

  • A-Z management of properties according to the WEG law
  • Care for property owners
  • Preparation and execution of owners' meetings

Qualifications:

  • Commercial education, preferably as a real estate agent (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in property management or as a residential area manager
  • Proactive and independent work ethic
  • Team player
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiarity with HausPerfekt software is a plus
