Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for organizing processes, from handling to cost and deadline management
  • Preparation of offers
  • Monitoring of budget and project success
  • Overview of technical requirements for the project team for the entire scope of technical building equipment
  • Coordination of internal/external technicians and other service providers
  • Implementation of energysaving measures and maintenance measures
  • Commissioning, coordination, and management of internal and external project participants

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience as a Dipl.
Ing (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d), or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitation

  • Good MS Office skills
  • Class B driver's license
  • Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
