- Ensure that operations has all parts needed to produce products in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and maintain efficient production schedules.
- Establish strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the overall supply chain agility, responsiveness, and resilience.
- Implement best practices in procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
- Manage and oversee warehouse operations and personnel.
- Lead and manage all things related to supplier quality
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in a senior supply chain role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing supply chain teams.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain best practices, regulations, and industry trends.
- Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.
- Experience leading frontline supervisor(s) with 20+ team members.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced data analytics.
- Conversational English
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.
- Experience in the marine, RV, aviation, or off-road vehicle manufacturing.
- Epicor ERP experience
- Proven track record of successful supply chain optimization projects.
- Manufacturing Facility: The position involves working within a manufacturing environment, where noise levels may be moderate to high.
- Office Setting: Administrative tasks may be conducted in an office setting, requiring computer use and desk-based activities.
- Collaborative Spaces: Regular interaction with cross-functional teams, requiring effective communication and collaboration in both formal meeting rooms and informal workspaces.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
Regal Boats seeks a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Leader to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring seamless coordination across the supply chain.
