Berlin Office | Hybrid Working | Full-Time Permanent Role

About the Role

Lead and expand Trailstone's presence in France from our Berlin office
Reach out to potential customers and originate deals
Analyze customer needs and market dynamics to create profitable structures
Collaborate with portfolio management and quant teams to understand and challenge analyses
Work with internal teams to mobilize resources and drive deals
Coordinate customer meetings, calls, and internal deal reviews

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to gather and present insights and data to support your recommendations for the French market.

You should also have a strong understanding of how Trailstone operates.

Excellent organizational skills are a must, as you will be responsible for establishing an international office and defining key project milestones.

Additionally, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

Requirements:

Extensive network of contacts among French energy traders, asset owners, and other industry players
Knowledge of renewable power, balancing, offtake structures, and other structured products
Strong understanding of European power markets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative and analytical mindset
Ability to selfmanage deals and initiatives
Knowledge of gas, renewable energy certificates, carbon credits, and other markets is a plus
