Responsibilities:

Optimize existing firmware
Develop new Android boot image using standard kernel and devicespecific device tree
Research and build new firmware for our Qualcommbased device using AOSP, targeting Android 12/1
Debug any issues that may arise
Collaborate with the development team

Requirements:

Experience with AOSP code base in a community or business setting
Indepth understanding of Android build environment, platform tools, and shell commands
Familiarity with modded ROMs and building them from source
Practical knowledge of Android hardware
Passion for AOSP and Android
Strong communication, analytical
