Your responsibilities with us:


  • Coordinating and monitoring maintenance, modernization, and repair services in the field of building technology
  • HVAC, electrical, and control systems including quality assurance
  • Managing the entire process: from customer inquiries to
    consultation,
    cost estimation, and
    proposal creation first point of contact for the customer
  • Leading the site managers
  • Ensuring the agreedupon service delivery

Warranty management: reporting and tracking of defect resolution

  • Ensuring compliance with technical, scheduling, and commercial agreements
  • Responsible for the
    costeffectiveness of your properties and facility management contracts, as well as staying within your budget
Your workplace is in
