Description
We are looking for a personnel clerk with a supporting role in accounting in Lucerne, MO starting onResponsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Maintaining and creating personnel files
- Recording all relevant data for new hires and initiating the hiring process
- Scheduling employees for occupational medical examinations
- Preparing payroll for employees based on time sheets, attendance lists, and other important data for the pay period and submitting it to the tax office. For example, sick leave, vacation, changes, etc.
- Issuing income certificates and receipts
- Managing vacation planning
- Conducting job interviews and posting job advertisements
- Recording overtime and construction worker hours
- Managing company BVG tickets
Supporting Accounting Tasks:
- Recording incoming invoices in the invoice journal and processing them for the accounting department, as well as completing any related tasks (processing status)
- Providing invoice data to Datev and the tax office
- Rejecting invoices after consulting with the accounting department or management
General Office Tasks:
- Handling various correspondence (verbal and written)
- Processing mail
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an office clerk or similar background
- Experience in human resources or accounting preferred
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Meticulous, structured, and accurate work style
- Proficient in MS Office
- Working hours from 07:30 to 15:00, 3035 hours per week minimum
