Description
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systemsManage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems
Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers
Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning
Qualifications:
Five (5) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor'sdegree.
Contractor shall currently possess and maintain one of the following certifications:
Technology Associate-IT Infrastructure (MTA-IT)
Windows 7
Windows 8
(MCITP-Client) Desktop Support Tech on Windows 7
Certified IT Professional - Windows Client (MCITP-Client) Desktop Admin on
Windows 7
Technology Industry Association - (A +)
Must have TS/SCI w/Poly
Pay Range:
Pay Range $46, $84,600.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
