Our client is a company in the metal and electrical industry located in Kemnath. We are currently seeking two machinists (m/f/d) for this company through temporary employment.

This position is long-term with the possibility of being hired by the client.


Your responsibilities:

  • You will support our team in small part machining and operate a CNC milling machine with Siemens Sinumerik control and/or Heidenhain control.
  • You will check orders for completeness and prepare accompanying documents.
  • Documentation and processing will be done in the SAP system.
  • You will be responsible for independently setting up the machine (i.e. preparing fixtures, loading programs, clamping workpieces, changing tools).
  • In case of deviations, you will suggest corrective measures and support in implementing them.
  • Performing maintenance and cleaning tasks according to schedule is part of your job.
  • The final inspection of the accuracy, quality, and completeness of the workpieces (according to drawings) including documentation is also part of your responsibilities.
  • You will actively participate in the continuous improvement process within the group.

Our requirements:

  • Completed vocational training with relevant work experience.
  • Qualified knowledge as a machinist, CNC specialist, precision mechanic, miller, or tool mechanic with additional qualifications.
  • Willingness to work in a 3shift system.
