We are currently seeking a full-time International Sales Development Training Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at our Speyer location. This position will begin as soon as possible and the reference number is 571.
Your tasks:
- Train employees on our CRM&ERP system
- Conduct on-site trainings for new employees in our subsidiaries, which may require travel
- Conduct online trainings for new features/updates of our ERP system
- Travel to existing subsidiaries to provide assistance or optimize processes
- Ensure all personnel maintain company standards at all times
- Make recommendations for improvements to enhance customer experience
- Support back office and international projects
