The consulting unit "Digital Talent Management" advises companies on the digitalization of HR processes and cloud transformations with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors HXM and Qualtrics. In combination with adjacent teams, our entire HR-IT portfolio also includes expertise in SAP HCM as well as solutions from Aconso, Atoss, and other manufacturers.

Tasks

As a consultant (all genders) with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors HXM and Qualtrics, you will advise our clients in all phases of digitalization and transformation projects. You will also support the strategic development and expansion of our consulting unit.

Cross-module consulting in all project phases as well as configuration of SAP SuccessFactors and Qualtrics solutions
Consulting of specialist departments regarding feasibility of requirements, management of process re-designs, and moderation of workshops
Design of transformation and implementation projects as (partial) project manager including change management
Professional responsibility for coordination, planning, and control of ongoing operations of SAP SuccessFactors and Qualtrics solutions as well as consulting in release and roadmap management
Support in pre-sales for offer preparations, presentations, and complex customer inquiries
