- Training and troubleshoot all users on how to appropriately utilize their computer systems.
- Proficient in knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software while able to implement systemic improvements.
- Create and implement instruction manuals and standard operating procedures for systems.
- Consulting with managers to determine what role the systems play in the business and how to utilize them.
- Troubleshoot and test the systems on a regular basis to ensure quality and function.
- Analyzing, preparing, and consulting costs and benefits analysis on systems in place.
- Develops solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
- Working collaboratively with other aspects and areas of the business to brainstorm and presenting new ways to add more functionality to systems.
- Assist in configuring the hardware and software of all present and future systems.
- Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Perform troubleshooting and debugging of internal applications to provide the development team the necessary information to rectify system related issues/concerns.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
- Experience in IT or database administration a plus.
- Experience with SQL, Postgres, or equivalent database tools a plus
- Experience with Agile software development using JIRA.
- Proficient in installing, configuring and troubleshooting technological platforms and systems.
- Proficient in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
- Highly motivated self-start with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Team player with a willingness to pitch in on a variety of projects and deliver high quality work with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to generate and communicate complex ideas into clear, effective, and compelling data reporting and presentations.
- Ability to collaborate across stakeholders.
- Interest in developing rigorous, fact based, quantitative analysis to support proposals.
