- Data monitoring of your billable and non-billable sessions.
- Work from a strength based, member centered perspective and identify and fortify the strengths that each person has.
- Confer and consult with professional and technical personnel in implementing a multidisciplinary approach to client care and well-being.
- Provide clear written reports that capture key findings to include provider areas of strength, and recommendations for improvement.
- Document member medical and psychological histories, educational/vocational histories, service plans, or outcomes.
- Complete other tasks as deemed necessary by CORE Clinical Supervisor/ CORE Team Leader.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed which may consist of weekend or evening hours.
- Additional tasks as assigned.

CORE services includes HARP enrollees and HARP-eligible HIV/SNP enrollees who would benefit from CORE Services in the pursuit of valued recovery goals.
