    Job Title: Network Operations Center Engineer

    Work Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

    Job Description:

    • have L2 knowledge on Compute Windows Linux Storage Nimble Isilon Backups Acronis and Network Firewalls Wireless Circuits etc
    • with experience in working in a command center operations team with good knowledge of ITIL Processes
    • certification preferable
    • of SolarWinds monitoring tool
    • have experience mentoring L1 engineers
    • Communication skills Written Verbal and Email
    • with the shift timings
    • in using ticketing tool like Service Now
    • to participate in Corporate initiatives like Shift Left and Automation
