    A Brief Overview


    The Analyst, Treasury Management Support will be the subject matter expert on the business processes and operations of the Treasury Management Operations department.

    The Analyst is responsible for leading innovative projects to further develop the Treasury Management products, services, and support. The Analyst will identify and mitigate risks for the company and its customers. This role works collaborates with the Treasury Management management team, stakeholders, and internal departments.

    What you will do


    • Identify, create, and execute on process improvements for new and existing product and department procedures
    • Create, maintain, and present department reports and statistics
    • Review potential high risk notifications and complete follow up of identified issues
    • Approve product and service approvals at elevated limits and/or levels
    • Evaluate new Treasury Management concepts and technologies including fraud trends and risk mitigation
    • Communicate company and product procedural changes effectively to all staff and stake holders
    • Lead projects and collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure details and deliverables are accurate and timely
    • Collaborate with management, internal departments, and industry peers on new and existing Treasury Management products and services
    • Manage relationships with outside vendors
    • Maintain up to date knowledge of Treasury Management products and services
    • Train FirstBank employees on products and procedures in Treasury Management product portfolio
    • Assist with establishing risk-mitigation objectives for Treasury Management Operations team
    • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
    • Understand and comply with all provisions of the Safety in the Workplace policy
    Minimum Requirements


    • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience
    • A combination of post-high school education, job related certification and related experience equivalent to 5 years may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements
    Preferred Requirements


    • Previous project management experience
    • Extensive experience in banking or finance
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


    • Expert understanding of Treasury Management products and services
    • Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities while demonstrating critical thinking
    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
    • Ability to solve complex problems with minimal guidance
    • Strong analytical, estimating and problem solving skills
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
    • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and learn new concepts quickly
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and deadline driven environment with multiple priorities
    • Strong knowledge of fraud trends and resources
    • Ability to present and explain data to management and key stakeholders
    Working Conditions and Physical Requirements


    • Frequently remains stationary throughout a typical business day
    • Frequently operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
    • Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and other rooms
    • Occasionally positions self to access drawers and shelves of various heights
    • Frequently reaches for and handles paperwork and files
    • Constantly communicates with customers, coworkers, and management in-person and on the phone
    • Must be able to exchange accurate information
    • FirstBank does not currently offer fully remote positions, except as required by law. The actual number of in-office days that may be required will vary by business unit, role, and business need.
    Salary Range

    $60,736.00 To $81,172.00
