    · Report negotiation outcomes, providing quick-read data dashboards that offer an at-a-glance view of rates achieved by code and payer.

    Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

    · Proven experience in contract negotiation, preferably within the healthcare sector.

    · Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data analytics for negotiation purposes.

    · Understanding of healthcare reimbursement mechanisms and payer contracts.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively negotiating and building relationships with payers.

    · Legal and/or financial background, with the ability to understand and analyze contract terms and fee schedules.

    · Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving high performance and success rates in securing higher reimbursement rates for clients.

    · Willingness to work on a performance-based compensation model, motivated by the success of negotiation outcomes.

    Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

    · Experience working at a medical company, MSO, IPA, TPA highly preferred.
