Falcon Heights' Schwarz Procurement (SBES) enables the supply of products and services for the internal needs of the Schwarz Group companies. This includes items such as furnishings, machinery and technical equipment, marketing services, modern IT equipment, and office furnishings. SBES defines the procurement process, negotiates services, prices, and contracts, and supports projects implemented in the retail divisions, logistics and production sites, as well as administrative locations. It also serves as the interface to the suppliers of the Schwarz Group companies.

Your Responsibilities


Duration of Contract: Until March 2026 (parental leave replacement)

  • You will support our professionals in their daily tasks
  • You will assist with the preparation and execution of inspection orders, as well as handling samples
  • You will prepare inspection reports
  • You will communicate with external service providers
  • You will maintain an overview of routine inspections, data management, and folder structures

Your Profile

  • You have completed secondary education and a commercial apprenticeship (or equivalent)
  • You ideally have several years of professional experience in office organization and possibly knowledge in quality control
  • You are organized, independent, and structured in your work
  • You have good MS Office skills
  • You have good communication skills in
