- Education Level: Minimum high school diploma plus up-to-date computer experience.
- Three or more year's successful experience in an educational environment.
- Routine physical activities that are required to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally, and/ or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate ability to complete a high volume of work with accuracy and in a timely manner, proficient in use of all types of office machinery, demonstrate sound judgment, initiative, and responsibility. Flexible in assignments.
- Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.
- Provides communication to the School Nutrition Director, including crisis calls, and communicates decisions regarding urgency as provided by Director//Coordinators
- Maintain data that will help forecast budgets-both federal and local monies.
- Assist Director with budget planning
- Assist Director in documentation and preparation of annual comprehensive plan.
- Generate purchase orders for central office staff
- Provides effective customer service with staff and outside population
- Complete catering setups and assist with cleanup
- Track central office purchase orders and distribute materials when received.
- Prepares communication as directed between schools, central office, and media
- Prepares, research, and assist with grant and award documents
- Prepares, designs and distribute materials for marketing and promotion to schools
- Prepare reports and data as it pertains to the school nutrition program.
- Assist Director as needed and Coordinators as instructed
- Prepares catering invoices, quotes and orders for all events
- Prepare packets and other materials for school staff and trainings
- Prepares visual or audio presentations for trainings.
- Maintain catering Inventory
- Works with Central Office vendors on supply refill and orders
