    Specialized Experience:
    You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-13 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing (3) of the (4) duties listed below:Providing advice to help various governmental and public, nonprofit, and private agencies improve their public health activities;Developing strategies, procedures, and/or guidelines for a public health program;Evaluating the effectiveness of public health program activities;Recommending improvements to public health program planning processes and/or performance
