    As we grow our workforce, Saragossa is focused on hiring experienced 360 recruiters who are looking to accelerate their career and become leaders in the business.

    Requirements:

    • 12+ months of 360 recruitment (preferably in the Fintech/technology sector)
    • Commercially minded, proactive, ambitious, and confident communicator, who has experience delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates in a 360 position
    • Productive. We are looking for go-getters who can work autonomously. You will need to be proactive in your approach to doing your work and delivering on targets.

    What you'll be doing:
    We'll equip you with all the skills you'll need to run your own business, such as:

    Business Development - Partnering with hedge funds, asset manager, trading firms, and investment management companies
    Delivery - Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and job boards and working with the top 5% of technology talent worldwide
    Networking with active and inactive candidates
    Market mapping
    Becoming an expert in your vertical and the fin-tech sector
    Future leadership positions – our leadership is entirely home grown; you'll have the opportunity to build and manage a team and your own budget and P&L
