in Munich and surrounding areas in a home office setting.


Your responsibilities:


  • Providing advice and assistance to our customers over the phone regarding all products (vehicles, homes, and special products)
  • Organizing assistance measures and collaborating with our national and international service partners
  • Documenting the measures taken on the computer
  • Implementing costconscious decisions in the interest of our clients

Your qualifications:


  • You are willing to work flexibly in a 24hour shift system and see absolute customer service as a given
  • In addition to your completed education, you ideally have professional experience in the service industry or have already worked in an assistance role
  • You are familiar with using a computer
  • You have excellent knowledge of the German language in both written and spoken form
