Job summary

The Director,Regional Sales Enterprise is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to maximize sales revenue within an assigned region.

The director will provide leadership direction and support to a team of sales professionals sets individual and team performance goals recruit strong sales talent coaches team members and develops skills inspires and motivates the backfill pipeline of candidates tracks sale performance vs goals provides feedback on areas for improvement implements training initiatives works closely with the HR Partner collaborates on regional national sales strategies identifies opportunities to improve sale processes interacts with key accounts within ensures customer satisfaction retention addressing escalated issues.
