- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or 3-5 years Proven work experience as an IT Support Engineer, Desktop Support Technician.
- Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.

- Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to offices throughout Phoenix and surrounding areas and work after hours when necessary.

Job DescriptionDescription:The Women's Health AZ ( WHAZ ) IT Support is responsible for the administration and operation of WHAZ desktops and laptops. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Desktop peripherals, Windows security, and related technologies. Candidate must be a self-starter and demonstrate experience managing projects to completion. Candidate must be self-motivated, well organized, and must have strong communication skills. This position may require some work beyond traditional business hours as well as traveling from site to site.

· Networking and Telephony (Elevate) Knowledge and experience is a plus
· Data Security within a Healthcare setting is a plus
· Managing, configuring and administering Office 365 (Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, etc.)

· Experience with managing workstation patching and anti-virus is a Plus.
