We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at an exciting Asian Fusion concept located right on the famous Las Vegas Strip This is your chance to be part of a high-volume brand that boasts over $10MM in annual sales and is known for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

What We Offer:

Annual Salary: $60,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily operations to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Leading and motivating a diverse team to exceed our guests' expectations.
Managing budgets and financial plans, including monitoring and maximizing sales performance.
Upholding the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and brand compliance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in restaurant management, ideally within a high-volume or fine-dining setting.
A passion for the fast-paced, ever-evolving hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills, with a knack for inspiring and developing teams.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
