Having a career in HR for over 10 years, my experience spans from being a sole HR Practitioner in a small business to a Specialist in a Fortune 500 company. • Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. 
• Work with hiring managers in the requisition intake process and partner with People Practices teams on processes to open and fill roles. 
• Responsible for facilitating staffing and selection of employees through timely recruitment, reviews of applications and resumes, scheduling of interviews and offers of employment.
• Work as a liaison within Tao Group to determine departmental needs.
• Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates for open positions with the organization.
• Understand recruiting and market trends impacting the business.
• Manage the Company’s recruiting platforms.
• Review and ensure accuracy of the Company’s job descriptions.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to source candidates, post jobs and manage the candidate selection, ensuring that recruitment activity is consistently updated.
• Partner with local agencies, attend and participate in college job fairs, and facilitate internal hiring events (Restaurants, Dayclubs, Nightclubs, Lounges, and New Venue Openings).
