Join our team – the Dattler team on the Westside

Work in a great location above the rooftops of the city. Enjoy the fantastic panorama before, during or after work in one of the most beautiful recreational areas in Freiburg, the Schlossberg. We want you to feel comfortable, have fun at work and look forward to your workday. Therefore, we do everything to make you feel at home with us. Our family atmosphere is characterized by warmth and appreciation. When you feel good, our guests feel good too.

These are your tasks:

  • Independently managing a station with cash handling
  • Supervising smaller and larger banquet events
  • All tasks related to service
  • Training apprentices
  • Scheduling of service staff
  • Checking and maintaining the wine cellar
  • You will work in a team of about 10 people.

You bring the following qualifications:

  • Professional experience with good knowledge of upscale food and beverage service
  • Manual skills
  • Team spirit, diligence, flexibility and willingness to perform
  • German and English language skills
  • AEVO would be desirable
  • Enjoy working with apprentices
