    Join our team where you will play a crucial role in tending to residents under the guidance of a healthcare professional.


    Position Summary:
    This role entails caring for residents under the supervision of a registered nurse and reports directly to the Director of Nursing. Starting pay at $18.


    Essential Functions:
    • Take and record vital signs.
    • Measure and record height and weight.
    • Calculate and record fluid intake and output.
    • Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and report to a supervisor.
    • Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and other daily activities.
    • Transfer, position, and turn residents.
    • Provide skin care.
    • Offer nursing rehabilitation services.
    • Provide support for residents with dementia.
    • Follow a resident care schedule.
    • Offer emotional and social support.
    • Promote and uphold resident rights.
    • Keep supervisor informed of resident concerns.
    • Respect and maintain residents' independence and dignity.
    • Handle emergency procedures.
    • Attend training and staff meetings.
    • Maintain a safe working environment.
    • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards residents, visitors, and colleagues.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
    • Perform assigned duties.
