- Assist the Foreman with fence, guardrail, and permanent sign, as well as setting up traffic control zones
- Maintain excellent customer service and a positive company image
- Prepare job sites for installation, including digging holes and mixing concrete

Job DescriptionDFC Company (Dakota Fence, 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Town & Country Fence, and Dakota Unlimited) is a growing specialty contractor primarily involved in residential/commercial fence, highway guardrail, fabrication, and commercial playground construction as well as traffic control services. We provide services to homeowners, commercial businesses, and government entities. Shift and Time: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Day Shift
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $21.00 an hour and up (Overtime Available)
Summary:
Safety is #1 at DFC: Our expectation is that every employee: 1) strictly follows safety policies, rules, and safe work methods. 2) Promptly corrects or reports safety hazards or unsafe conditions. 3) Promptly reports injuries for diagnosis and treatment. 4) Makes regular suggestions for safety process improvements to support continuous improvement in safety.
