THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading all necessary resources throughout various projects and initiatives from start-up through closeout. This position will work closely with the General Manager, project team, while interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Manage strategic external relationships by aligning internal and external resources to achieve timelines and milestones.
Create, socialize, and manage project plans and timelines with clearly defined goals.
Organize regular project team meetings with concise documentation and managing of action items/takeaways.
Identify and escalate timeline risks, mitigations and/or contingency plans.
Provide regular updates to project schedules, status reports, ad hoc reports, and timeline forecasts.
Support facility and maintenance operations with internal and external stakeholders for facility upkeep including but not limited to:
- External facing day-to-day client relationships at a project level.
- Scheduling of resources.
- Internal and externally facing meetings.
Perform identification and standardization of core business processes & operational plans.
Support continuous improvement project funnel, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Assist with various Lean processes such as Standard Work, 5S+, Value Stream Mapping, Problem Solving (A3/8D) and Kaizen Principles.
Track site strategy deployment activities and initiatives in support of meeting Annual Improvement Priorities (AIPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) specific to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Costs & Inventory.

YOU'LL BRING:

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field, or relevant work experience required.
Functional knowledge of key business processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with tact and context to ensure alignment within the project team.
Ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple projects with many moving parts.
Knowledge of project management methods, best practices, and tools.
Financial and analytical proficiency.
Familiarity with lean processes and methodologies preferred.
