Job Specifications:
We're seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of five years' experience in Construction Project Management.


Responsibilities:


As a Project Manager at ACE Painting, you'll wield your expertise to oversee the time, cost, and quality of each project.

Your role involves meticulous planning and coordination, from scheduling our diverse team of ACE employees to securing sub-contractors, ensuring the seamless and timely completion of every endeavor.

By nurturing exceptional relationships with General contractors and owners, you'll pave the way for future business success.

  • Champion a culture of safety by ensuring every employee adheres to personal protective equipment protocols mandated by company policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Adaptability is key in our dynamic environment; communicate effectively with diverse groups, prioritize tasks, forge collaborative relationships, and make informed decisions amidst interruptions.
  • Employ problemsolving prowess to analyze issues, devise actionable plans, and execute them efficiently to achieve safe, ontime, and budgetfriendly project completion.
  • Master the art of effective communication with superiors, subordinates, and stakeholders, demonstrating proficiency in interpreting plans, specifications, and instructions.
  • Utilize your estimating skills to accurately project material and time requirements for change orders, ensuring timely procurement of necessary documentation.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with Clients, Employees, and Vendors, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Embody advisory and leadership principles essential for guiding projects to successful fruition, prioritizing safety and budget adherence.
  • Navigate various project documents with ease, from plans and specifications to addendums and ASIs, leveraging your comprehensive understanding to determine precise scope of work or changes.

Pay:
$65, $85,000.00 per year
