Your Responsibilities:


  • Lead and motivate the team to develop an effective, efficient, and innovative sourcing strategy.
  • Design and implement an operating model that involves the Fleet teams in executing the sourcing strategy.
  • Utilize data to measure sourcing results and identify areas for improvement through continuous improvement methods.
  • Foster strong relationships with Fleet teams to develop sourcing plans and achieve desired results.
  • Collaborate with other brands within Carnival Corporation to enhance our overall scale.

Your Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Engineering, or Supply Chain Management. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills in multinational and diverse teams.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of success.
  • Fluent in English (company language).
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
