What you will do:

Responsible for processing all customsrelated transactions
Review of invoices submitted via workflow for the creation of customs declarations by commissioned freight forwarders
Archiving of respective transactions
Comparison of entries on submitted tax declarations with target figures
Transfer of data into a designated database, if necessary, recalculation of ATC
Reporting of deviations and, if necessary, notification of the respective customs office via designated letter
Implementation of new customsrelated processes/process guidelines
Support in preparation, accompaniment, and followup of foreign trade audits (interface to project management logistics center in Essen)
Support in implementing necessary customs requirements
Possibly creating preference calculations
Process responsibility for proof of delivery
Occasional customs declarations
Support of material planning in various topics

What you bring:

Completed commercial education
SAP knowledge
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
Knowledge of customs management in companies
Teamwork, commitment, interest in economic relationships, willingness to perform,
