Director HR & Organizational Development

A growing 250M+ construction company current seeks a tenured leader to direct their HR team.

Reporting to the President, this Director position will be responsible for overall COEs (Centers of Excellence) for Human Resources, Organizational Development, Project Administration, Office Management, Marketing, and Communications.

The particulars:

Bachelor's degree in:
Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or other related discipline required. Advanced degree a plus.

10+ years in HR leadership role. Tenured in their experience.

Tenured leading an HR function in a construction company preferred.

Multi-site; multi-state employees

Sr. level experience in compensation and benefits, training, organization development, and/or process improvement techniques.

Successful experience managing the planning, preparation and execution of projects, programs, and process improvements.

Experience in process automation is a plus.

Labor relations/Union experience a plus

Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

Comp is to 160K plus potential bonus and benefits
