The Role

As the Associate Director CMC, you will oversee the development of a product from start to finish, working with some of the industry's top professionals from around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams in CMC development projects, ensuring adherence to overall strategies and timelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support the overall development plan, with a focus on supply, product quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take on leadership roles in special projects or committees critical to the development of the product and company milestones.
  • Serve as a Matrix Lead for cross-functional working teams, promoting collaboration and communication.
  • Collaborate with various global site locations, other departments, and key business partners.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive internal and external presentations, decision memos, and reports related to relevant tasks.
